Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub activities in the Manila region. You will oversee last mile and first mile tasks, dispatch riders, manage inventory, and help drive productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics, leadership experience, and solid MS Office skills. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned across the cluster is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Led a team in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the cluster and do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile).
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI attainment.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support to resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Implement process improvement projects to boost productivity.

• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting
• Supports in monitoring the hub's performance by ensuring high productivity levels and Hub KPI’s are efficiently met.
• Creates, reviews and validates reports of the Hub
• Assists Customer Support team in call outs to solve Customer support escalations
• Implements process improvement initiatives & projects geared towards increasing Hub productivity
• Handle payment transactions and other payment processes
• Coordinates with agency coordinators in overseeing agency teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
