MicroSourcing International is hiring a US HR Benefits Specialist to support the U.S.-based Leave Administration team. The role handles inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes related to employee leaves, with a focus on accurate case handling and privacy compliance.

Work is onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, in a night-shift schedule, operating within a virtual contact center. The position emphasizes thorough documentation, HIPAA-aligned processes, and professional, empathetic service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center or support environment.
• Prior experience handling employee benefits, HR services, or medical-related communications is strongly preferred.
• Experience using CRM, case management, or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and live chats from employees regarding their leave of absence status and documentation requirements.
• Manage emails and faxes from employees and HR, routing to appropriate cases.
• Follow call scripts and response guides to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Document interactions in the leave management system in real time.
