Job summary

Five9 Philippines Inc. seeks an HR Applications Administrator to manage HR software, mainly UKG Pro, and to support Deel, Greenhouse, and other HR tools. This role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT, ensuring secure, reliable HR systems and data integrity.

Hybrid work setup based in Manila, with US Pacific business hours. Strong UKG Pro experience and UKG Pro cert are highly regarded, with Workday experience also a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise HR applications, with hands-on UKG Pro experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within an HRIS platform.
• Experience building and maintaining business process workflows, approval chains, and notifications.
• Experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
• Experience with system testing, including validating configuration changes and vendor releases.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining data quality and data integrity across HR systems.
• Experience building reports and dashboards to support HR and business reporting needs.
• Strong documentation skills and end-user support experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure HR applications, primarily UKG Pro, including settings and module configuration.
• Maintain security roles, permissions, and access controls for HR systems.
• Build and test workflows, approvals, and notifications within HR platforms.
• Support integrations with Deel, Greenhouse, Degreed, Replicon and others.
• Perform system testing and validate changes before deployment.
• Coordinate vendor releases and platform updates with stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and resolve data integrity issues.
• Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Document configurations and support procedures clearly.
