Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Product Consultant ‒ HRIS Sales & Solutions to promote People Navee, an all-in-one HRIS platform that streamlines payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and employee data. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead engagement and product demonstrations to proposals, closing, and post-sales support.

Selected hires will undergo 3–6 months of training in Manila, followed by deployment in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS, SaaS sales or IT sales is an advantage but not required.
• Exposure to HR processes, systems, or digital solutions is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in HR technology and sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sales cycle from lead engagement to closing and post-sales support.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand HR workflows and compliance needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailored presentations for client HR requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
• Build relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure feasibility.
