Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Product Consultant ‒ HRIS Sales & Solutions to promote People Navee, an all-in-one HRIS platform that streamlines payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and employee data. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead engagement and product demonstrations to proposals, closing, and post-sales support.

Selected hires will undergo 3–6 months of training in Manila, followed by deployment in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS, SaaS sales or IT sales is an advantage but not required.
• Exposure to HR processes, systems, or digital solutions is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in HR technology and sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Job Brief

We are looking for a Product Consultant ‒ HRIS Sales & Solutions to promote and sell PeopleNavee, a homegrown all-in-one HRIS solution that streamlines payroll, employee management,timekeeping, and attendance.

You will handle the full sales cycle, from lead engagement and product demonstrations toproposal development, closing, and post-sales support, helping companies improve and digitize their HR processes.

We are also hiring Cebu-based candidates (Cebuanos are highly encouraged to apply). Selectedhires will undergo 3‒6 months of training in Manila, followed by deployment in Cebu.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Sales Activities & Client Engagement
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for People Navee HRIS
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand HR workflows, compliance needs, and businesschallenges
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client HR requirements
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, negotiation, closing, and post-salessupport
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers
• Solution Consulting & Product Expertise
• Develop in-depth knowledge of People Navee HRIS features (payroll, attendance, leavemanagement, employee data)
• Translate HR business requirements into system-based solutions and value propositions
• Position People Navee as a scalable HRIS platform for different industries and company sizes
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility

Minimum Qualifications

Education
