Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and support HRIS-focused business and systems analysis initiatives and drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, HR and IT teams, and project teams to translate requirements into functional specs and ensure successful go-lives. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, UAT development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, MIS, or related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or HRIS implementation.
• Hands-on in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, requirements documentation, system testing and UAT, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis through discussions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and business impact analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain business and process documentation (Business Rules, Process Design Documents, Work Instructions, FRDs).
• Work with business users, HR teams, IT, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support HRIS implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Assist in project planning, solution design, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenarios and cases.
• Identify, document, and coordinate resolution of system issues and defects.
• Monitor requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
• Support stakeholders during system implementation, transition, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Ensure project deliverables and documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
