Job summary

You will conduct research, map processes, and ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle, partnering with HR, IT, and Operations to align on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, MIS, or related field.
• 2–3 years in business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks (e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping).
• Baseline understanding of core human capital systems (ATS, HRIS, or ERP platforms) and process mapping software.
• Ability to take initiative, drive deliverables across teams, and follow through without a checklist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze operational data to inform project solutions.
• Use quantitative insights to understand workflow bottlenecks and validate improvements.
• Map out, design, and document new workflows and processes with HR and Recruiting SMEs.
• Bridge between business and corporate support functions (Operations, IT, system developers).
• Collaborate across teams to standardize practices and build scalable processes.
• Prepare communications and lead engagement activities to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Take ownership of assigned project work packages; maintain documentation, track milestones, and monitor risks.
• Coordinate the practical rollout of new processes and tools.
• Gather structured user feedback and track adoption metrics post-launch.
