Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, People Solutions to partner with HR and Recruiting leaders to design and rollout process improvements, AI solutions, and technology integrations across regions. You will translate complex requirements into actionable specs, drive adoption, and establish governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BA/PM/ops consulting with HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience applying PM methodologies and agile/change management.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS and AI automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-region collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives from stakeholder discovery through requirements gathering, system design, and final rollout.
• Build change adoption plans, ensure training, and maximize user adoption.
• Governance and post-launch oversight.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Recruiting Operations leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integrations.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for Product, AI, and other teams.
• Coordinate across teams to minimize organizational friction and act as primary contact.

Education
