Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila, part of our Global Operating Center, seeks an Advisor, HRIS Data Management to provide first-line support to colleagues, HR teams and stakeholders using HR systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will resolve routine system queries, perform data checks, document cases, and work with Tier 2 HRIS teams to improve knowledge, processes and user experience in a global service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS support
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of core HR processes and employee, organizational, job and compensation data.
• Strong data-validation, problem-solving and Excel skills.
• Clear English communication skills, customer-service orientation and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to Colleagues, HR teams, and other stakeholders using HR systems.
• Resolve routine systems related queries and transactions, perform defined system and data checks, document and resolve cases within service standards.
• Work with HR Systems – Tier 2, Domain Owners, People Function, and SMEs to escalate issues requiring deeper investigation.
• Support HR transactions and data maintenance according to Tier 1 procedures and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies affecting employee, organizational, job and compensation data.
