iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Workday HRIS Analyst III to support configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our Workday system, with a focus on Benefits and Absence.

The role requires hands-on experience with HCM, BP rules, and ATS modules to optimize HR processes and deliver system-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in Workday HCM, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with business users in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Must have configuration background.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workday HCM.
• Pro certification an advantage.
• Ability to create/modify Reports and Calculated Fields.
• Knowhow of Eligibility Rules and Validation Rules.
• Understand Workday ecosystem and BP concepts.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Confidently present to Business Users.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday system focusing on Benefits and Absence modules.
• Support ABU Workday configuration including Recruiting, Job Requisitions, Applications and Lifecycle.
• Develop and modify reports, calculated fields, and rules as required by the business.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to end users on Workday processes.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst III to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system, with a focus Benefits and Absence modules. Experience or familiarity with US Benefits – Open Enrollment is a plus. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handles BAU Requests such as but not limited to:
  • Report Request – New Report, Modify, Schedule
  • Creation of Organizations (Supervisory Organizations, Cost Center, Locations)
  • EIB Processing, Loading and Validating
  • Provide “How to” guidance to the business
• Knowledgeable in Business Process – Familiarity on how BP is constructed, Validation Rules, Business Policy
