Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in HR Systems and data analytics.
• Experience with Oracle LMS preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel/Access skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient analytic tools for reporting and data comparison.
• Assist with report generation and data analysis using Oracle and other HR Systems.
• Distribute reports to Management and Business Functions as required.
• Work on open tickets to provide timely solutions and updates to users.
• Interface with process owners and end users to document needs and recommend solutions.
