This leadership role oversees all Human Resources and Organizational Development functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and driving employee engagement and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in organizational development and operations management.
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of information technology applications (ERP systems).
• Experience in ISO-certified environments with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Human Resources and Organizational Development functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives while promoting employee engagement, productivity, and a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, ISO standards, GMP, Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation, and HACCP requirements.
• Partner with department heads and management to support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs to enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee HR metrics, budgets, and reports while utilizing HRIS and enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
