Confidential is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive HR support, drive employee engagement and relations, and align HR initiatives with business objectives. The role focuses on stakeholder management, policy guidance, and program implementation across Canlubang, Laguna.

You will lead recruitment for critical roles, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with labor laws while partnering with managers to optimize workforce planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and project management.
• Knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis.
