Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will screen applicants, assist with interviews, and help coordinate payroll and attendance records.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HRM/related field and 1–2 years’ experience. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and strong communication are essential for confidential HR documentation and compliance tasks.
Assist in recruitment, applicant screening, interviews, hiring coordination, and onboarding of employees.
Conduct employee orientation and explain company policies, procedures, code of conduct, and safety guidelines.
Monitor probationary employee performance evaluations and coordinate with concerned department heads or supervisors.
Assist employees with HR-related concerns and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Prepare and maintain documentation for employee relations and disciplinary matters, including Incident Reports, Notices to Explain, and Notices of Decision.
Maintain and organize employee 201 files and other HR records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR certificates, memoranda, notices, and other employment-related documents.
Monitor employee attendance, including tardiness and absences.
Assist in the preparation of DOLE, OBO, and BFP compliance requirements.
Prepare and process PEZA Visa requirements with FNU and Immigration.
Monitor shuttle services, company driver schedules, and related activities.
Monitor medical supplies and assist in maintaining clinic requirements.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
With at least 1–2 years of experience in HR and related administrative functions.
Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation.
Experience in processing DOLE, OBO, and BFP compliance requirements is an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Willing to perform general HR and administrative tasks as required.
Knowledgeable in the Philippine Labor Code and applicable labor laws and regulations.
