Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to support strategic business and technology transformation initiatives. You will manage multiple projects and workstreams, strengthen governance, and provide executive-level reporting across business, technology, and operations teams.

The role requires 5–7+ years in project management, strong governance and stakeholder management, and proficiency with exec presentations and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7+ years of Project/Program/PMO or transformation delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Strong governance, portfolio reporting, executive communications and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating exec presentations, reporting packs, metrics and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to support strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and manage multiple workstreams across business and technology.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, dependencies, and roadmap development.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business strategy and tech goals.
• Establish governance, reporting standards, and project controls.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and health assessments.
• Prepare materials for steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Monitor health of projects and challenge timelines, risks, and commitments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess opportunities, risks, and value.
