Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR or administrative management experience in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and government registrations.
• Experience coordinating with HQ and local teams in cross-border settings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Localized HR system setup aligned with Philippine laws and DOLE requirements.
• End-to-end recruitment for local white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Oversee visa/work permit processes for expatriate staff.
• Manage office operations, vendor relations, and government compliance compliance.
