Job summary

Klaiya is hiring a Training and Engagement Officer to drive employee development and engagement. You will design and facilitate training, support onboarding, manage performance processes, and partner with HR and leaders to create growth opportunities.

You will contribute to a positive culture by planning engagement activities and recognizing employees, while ensuring training aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, education, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with digital tools such as Lark and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Employee Engagement is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with different teams.
• People-oriented with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with digital tools such as Lark and Google Workspace.
