Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, education, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development and talent management.
• Proven ability to design learning strategies and engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage training programs to boost capability and retention.
• Oversee performance management systems and KPIs/OKRs alignment.
• Drive talent management and retention initiatives and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of growth.
