Job description

The team is looking for a hands-on, structured, and people-focused leader who can build and sustain a strong, deployment-ready HR workforce. This means ensuring that at any given time, there are trained, capable HR staff available to support client operations — regardless of absences, leaves, or turnover. We need someone who can take ownership of the end-to-end HR readiness cycle — from recruitment, onboarding, and training to deployment, retraining, and service continuity. The ideal candidate thrives in building systems, creating learning tools, and maintaining performance standards across all HR functions, including HR Representatives (Deployed HRs), Payroll, and Document Control. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and operational discipline, ensuring people readiness, service quality, and alignment with organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be leading the full HR readiness and people development cycle, balancing both strategic and operational work. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and deployment of HR personnel, ensuring readiness and alignment with client and organizational requirements.

  • Develop and update training materials, competency frameworks, and performance tools for HR Representatives, Payroll, and Document Control teams.

  • Conduct or oversee retraining sessions and performance validation for HRs needing improvement.

  • Monitor training success, validation rates, and client satisfaction scores, and implement continuous improvement measures.

  • Manage service continuity by maintaining a backup pool or rotation plan for HRs who are on leave, under retraining, or in transition.

  • Collaborate with department heads and the HR Director to ensure that HR operations meet performance, compliance, and service quality standards.

The role requires strong people management, process design, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a mindset oriented toward systems, structure, and continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Management, or any related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong interest in training, learning and development, employee engagement, and human resources.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness and ability to learn, understand, and master HR processes, company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), systems, and client-specific requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Able to facilitate discussions, present information confidently, and communicate effectively with individuals at different levels.

  • Analytical, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and improve.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Graduates with Latin honors, academic distinctions, or leadership experience in student organizations are an advantage.

  • Internship, practicum, or academic project experience related to training, learning and development, human resources, or employee engagement is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of training design, instructional materials development, or learning facilitation.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, or other productivity tools used for training and documentation.

  • Exposure to creating presentations, training materials, process documentation, or reports through academic or internship experience.

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Willingness to learn HR systems, digital learning platforms, and other training tools.

  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced work environment.
