Monitor training success, validation rates, and client satisfaction scores, and implement continuous improvement measures.
Manage service continuity by maintaining a backup pool or rotation plan for HRs who are on leave, under retraining, or in transition.
Collaborate with department heads and the HR Director to ensure that HR operations meet performance, compliance, and service quality standards.
The role requires strong people management, process design, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a mindset oriented toward systems, structure, and continuous improvement.
