Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a People Technology Specialist in the Philippines to administer HRIS, serve as the primary technical contact, and manage requests for our in-house HCM tool and Manage Engine. You will collaborate with HR and other teams to implement efficient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS systems.
• Serve as primary contact for daily technical and operational user support.
• Manage service and support requests for the In-house HCM tool and Manage Engine.
• Resolve incidents through problem solving and effective communication with user groups.
• Partner with HR Support and Functional Teams and other departments.
• Learn new tools and Workday features for efficient solutions.
• Research and resolve concerns with supervision and judgement.
• Provide insights and modifications on business processes in the HCM tool.
• Maintain knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
