Responsibilities

Administer and maintain our HRIS.
Primary contact for daily technical and operational user support.
Manage service and support requests related to our In-house HCM tool, Ticketing System (Manage Engine).
Resolve incidents or issues with rapid problem solving and clear communication.
Collaborate with HR Support and Functional Teams and other departments.
Learn and apply new tools and feature rollouts for HR tech platforms.
Provide insights and modifications on business processes in the In-house HCM tool.
Maintain knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Take on tasks/projects assigned by supervisor.
