Job summary

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, build talent pipelines, and provide recruitment support from requisition to offer. Excellent communication and knowledge of PH employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing across industries.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

About the role

VTSA International Inc. is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building and strengthening our organisation through strategic recruitment and talent management. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent that aligns with our company values and business objectives. This role is essential to our continued growth and success, serving as the bridge between our organisational needs and exceptional candidates in the job market.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Review applications and CVs to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and competencies for open positions
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain accurate recruitment records and databases
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities
• Provide recruitment support throughout the hiring lifecycle, from job requisition to offer stage
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on vacancy status, time-to-hire, and recruitment pipeline
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing across various industries
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software platforms
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with social media recruitment and online networking platforms
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements in the Philippines
• Preferred experience: Experience in recruitment within multinational organisations or experience with international hiring processes
