Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an organized HR Support Specialist to join our HR team in Metro Manila. You will manage HRIS records, coordinate onboarding and training, and generate workforce metrics to support data-driven decisions.

In this role you will ensure accurate employee data, assist with HR process improvements, and help with talent management and workforce planning initiatives across the organization. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR, HR systems administration, or related roles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paycom, BambooHR.
• F&B or FMCG industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS.
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and other updates.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Support employees and managers with HR system inquiries and self-service tools.
• Assist with HR process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Maintain training records and track learning completion.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
