Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an HR Applications Manager to oversee the lifecycle and governance of HRIS apps, ensuring reliability and compliance. You will drive improvements, manage incidents, and align with platform leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of HRIS experience and a related degree, with ITIL or ERP certifications considered a plus. You will operate from MOA Square, Pasay City, coordinating with the Platform Manager on new processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS applications.
• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology.
• ITIL certification, Darwinbox Studio, or OutSystems certification are a plus.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
• Willing to work at MOA Square, Pasay City.

• Optimizes Total Cost of Ownership for Applications managed.
• Takes ownership of Application after Project Completion and supports live HR apps in Production.
• Defines SLA and escalation paths (L1, L2, L3) for managed applications.
• Manages incidents, problems, and service requests for assigned apps.
• Maintains a knowledge base or operations manual.
• Coordinates with Platform Manager on new business processes for applications.
• Escalates issues to higher management when needed.

Job description

Job Purpose:

The position ensures the effective management, stability, support, and governance of HR and Employee Services applications. You will maintain system reliability, driving continuous improvements, managing application-related risks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and governs HR Applications throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Optimizes Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for Applications managed.
• Takes ownership of Application after Project Completion. Overall accountable in providing support to HR Applications that are live in Production.
• Defines Service Level Agreement (SLA), and support escalation path (L1, L2, and L3) for Applications managed/supported.
• Manages Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests assigned to his/her applications.
• Maintains a Knowledge Base or Application Operations Support Manual.
• Seeks alignment from Platform Manager when new Business Processes or functionalities are developed for his/her application.
• Understands how and when to elevate issues to higher management.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing or supporting HRIS applications, either as Application Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager.
• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
• ITIL certification, Darwinbox Studio, or OutSystems certification are a plus
• Knowledge of Human Resources Business Processes and Best Practices / Standards
• Must be willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
