Job summary

SM Supermalls seeks an experienced HRIS Applications Manager to govern and optimize HR applications across their lifecycle. You will own post‑project support, define SLAs, and manage incidents and service requests to ensure production reliability.

The role requires 3–5 years of HRIS experience, a BS in IT/CS/Engineering, and certifications such as ITIL, Darwinbox, or OutSystems are a plus. Based at MOA Square, Pasay City, with strong governance and stakeholder alignment responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS applications.
• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology.
• ITIL, Darwinbox Studio, or OutSystems certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages and governs HR Applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Optimizes Total Cost of Ownership for Applications managed.
• Owns application post‑project completion and supports live production HR applications.
• Defines SLA and support escalation path (L1, L2, L3).
• Manages incidents, problems, and service requests for assigned applications.
• Maintains a Knowledge Base or Operations Manual.
• Coordinates with Platform Manager on new processes/functions for the applications.
• Escalates issues to higher management when needed.
