A leading HR and software solutions provider in Metro Manila seeks an HR Implementer to implement Sprout HR Products. Responsibilities include configuration, client training, and project management during implementation. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience and background in HR and training.
• Experience in software implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise on Sprout HR.
• Perform onboarding activities including data gathering and policy review.
• Responsible for setup, configuration, data migration based on client specifications.
• Process HR Timekeeping Simulation and assist in resolving attendance issues.
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer during system admin training.

Skills

Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field (DOLE standards)

Proficient knowledge of timekeeping

Good grasp on excel formulas and data validation

Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to details

Customer service oriented

Sense of urgency and priority management skills

Good analytical and planning skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education

College graduate of Psychology or any related courses
