Job summary

Sprout Solutions seeks a Senior People Operations Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner with managers on employee relations, ensure payroll and statutory compliance, and maintain HR data integrity.

You will support the Philippine and Thailand teams, driving AI-enabled workflows and reporting, while reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager and growing into broader business partnering roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, psychology, business admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR/People Operations across the lifecycle.
• Hands-on employee relations with knowledge of PH labor law and DOLE regulations.
• Demonstrated payroll ownership within a payroll system and government remittances.
• Advanced spreadsheets for reconciliation, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Practical AI fluency: uses AI daily for drafting, analysis and synthesis.
• Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation, enrollment, movements, and final pay.
• Serve as first contact for employee relations, coaching managers and managing routine disciplinary cases.
• Drive employee engagement and experience through surveys, activities, and DEI initiatives across markets.
• Maintain policy library and data governance across HR tools and platforms.
• Ensure payroll inputs and adjustments are accurate and timely, review registers, and resolve payroll queries.
• Oversee statutory compliance and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) with monthly reconciliations.
• Build and maintain the reporting suite and present insights with interpretation.
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit readiness and evidence collection.
• Assist in total rewards administration and salary review data preparation.
• Promote AI adoption within HR processes and document improved workflows.
