Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a proactive HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimize HR technology platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and user-friendly HR systems aligned with business needs. You will oversee configurations, workflows, integrations, security, testing, and vendor coordination.

The role covers project execution, issue resolution, governance, and continual improvement across HR digital solutions, supporting HR operations and reporting for a dynamic workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Power Platform, ITIL Foundation is preferred
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR systems administration, HRIS operations, business analysis, application support, systems implementation, or related functions.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for assigned HR applications, platforms, and digital solutions.
• Maintain system configurations, workflows, business rules, integrations, security settings, and controls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR systems inquiries, incidents, requests, and enhancement concerns.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR system enhancements and projects.
• Coordinate implementation of HR system enhancements, workflow improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Develop test plans, test scripts, testing scenarios, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with system vendors regarding incidents, enhancements, upgrades, releases, and support requirements.
• Participate in HR digital transformation, automation, and systems modernization initiatives.
