Job summary

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, oversee performance management, and supervise the HR team, maintaining HRIS records and supporting labor law compliance. Local applicants preferred for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Hands-on case handling in employee relations and Philippine labor law.
• Experience recruiting for multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of DOLE reporting, statutory benefits and HRIS systems.
• Excellent judgment, documentation discipline and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and discipline, and manage case handling end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Code and DOLE regulations across sites.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle and build talent pipelines for plant, sales and corporate roles.
• Run performance management cycles and support manager coaching.
• Oversee payroll inputs and statutory benefits coordination with Finance.
• Lead HR generalist team and report HR metrics on a fixed cycle.
