Job summary

The DozaGroupInc. HR Supervisor will oversee day-to-day people operations for head office staff and project-based site workers, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

This role helps build HR systems to support DOZA's growth. Based in Quezon City with site visits to metro projects, the position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication in English and Filipino, and coordination with accounting, site managers, and government agencies on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years HR Generalist experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Working knowledge of the Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based workforce advantageous.
• Willing to visit project sites in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate hiring for office, engineering and site roles.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts and project employment contracts.
• Run onboarding: 201 files, pre-employment requirements, and orientation.
• Prepare timekeeping and payroll inputs for office and project staff.
• Manage SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG enrollment, remittances and loan deductions.
• Process 13th month pay, final pay and certificates of employment.
• Coordinate with accounting on BIR Form 2316 and withholding tax.
• Keep DOLE reports and records.
• Prepare incident reports, notices to explain, and administrative hearings with due process.
• Manage separations and project completion of site workers.
• Draft and update employee handbook, code of conduct and HR forms.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
• Support occupational safety requirements with the site safety officer.
• Setup performance evaluations, regularization reviews and training plans.
• Support management with manpower planning as projects grow.
