Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employee documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and monitor HR staff performance and deadlines.
• Review employee records, onboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR reports.
• Support employee relations cases and policy implementation.
• Coordinate manpower and HR concerns with department supervisors.
• Coach junior HR staff and improve process consistency.
