STLAF (Sadsad Tamesis Legal and Accountancy Firm) in Pasay is seeking an HR Supervisor to manage full-cycle HR operations across staff, warehouse/logistics, sales, technical/installation teams, and corporate administration.

You will oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, employee relations, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor law and company policies. Monday to Saturday work is required; Pasay area relocation assists staffing needs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily timekeeping and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate administration of government-mandated benefits and health programs.
• Handle grievance procedures and proper due process for employee infractions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant/warehouse personnel, equipment technicians, sales representatives, and office staff.
• Assist department heads with performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback cycles.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel records and HRIS data.
• Generate periodic HR reports for management.
