About the role

Park Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of human resources services across our organisation. As HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and providing strategic support to both management and employees. This role is instrumental in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our people practices align with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll administration
• Support the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring of new team members
• Process employee documentation, including contracts, leave requests, performance appraisals and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies and career development opportunities
• Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace wellness programmes
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support management with employee performance management and conflict resolution
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations or a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Understanding of employee relations best practices and conflict resolution techniques
• Certification in HR or related professional qualifications would be advantageous
