Job summary

A leading company in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to manage employee complaints, assist in investigations, and contribute to policy development. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree relevant to the field and at least 4 years of experience in Employee Relations. This full-time position is based onsite in Ermita, Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Legal Management, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Employee Relations or any related role.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Keen attention to detail, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
