Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
A masters degree is an advantage but is not required.
At least three (3) to five (5) years of human resources experience.
At least one two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, including DOLE regulations and occupational safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection. Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding, ensuring timely acquisition of qualified candidates.
- Compensation & Benefits. Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Employee Relations. Handle employee relations cases including incident reports, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Mediate conflicts, foster open communication, and promote programs that improve morale, engagement, and retention.
- Policy Communication & Compliance. Disseminate HR policies, procedures, and company standards; ensure consistent application across all levels of the organization; monitor compliance and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Records Management & HR Information System. Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data privacy compliance, and generate HR reports for management.
- Job Analysis & Work Design. Conduct job analysis and review job descriptions to ensure that duties, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and competencies remain accurate and aligned with business objectives. Ensure that all positions have updated job descriptions, clear reporting lines, and properly documented responsibilities.
- Performance Management. Implement and administer the company & performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and employee development planning. Work closely with department heads and supervisors to establish measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor employee performance. Ensure that all performance evaluations are completed accurately and within the established schedule.
- Training & Development. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and development opportunities across the organization. Maintain employee training records and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through post-training assessments and performance improvements. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Other Duties and Responsibilities. Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as may be assigned by management from time to time in support of the organizations goals and operational requirements.
