Primary Responsibilities:

The HR Supervisor oversees daily human resource operations, ensuring the efficient implementation of HR policies, staff management, and employee support. The role ensures strict compliance with labor regulations, smooth employee services, and effective HR coordination across all dealership locations.

Major Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions

• Supervise daily HR operations and HR staff
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules
• Handle recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding
• Manage employee records, attendance, and leave monitoring
• Address employee relations concerns and disciplinary processes
• Assist in performance evaluations and KPI monitoring
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing Performs other task/duties assigned by the Immediate Head

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Management, or any related field.
• With at least 2 years of generalist / supervisory experience in HR operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledgeable in HR management, Philippine labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and data privacy standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR record systems.
• Able to handle employee relations, manage administrative workflows, multi-task efficiently under pressure, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• High integrity, trustworthy, fair, proactive, resilient, and collaborative across all organizational levels.
