Horizon Auto Services Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day HR activities across our dealership network in Metro Manila.

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant HR Operations exposure
• 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements
• Willingness to work a six-day workweek and report on-site at Las Piñas branch (270 Real Street, Talon Dos, Las Piñas, Metro Manila)
• Willingness to provide HR business partnership across Metro Manila locations and other regions
• Valid driver's license is a plus

Objective

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day HR operations across the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws and company standards, accurate employee records, and efficient HR processes. The position provides operational HR support to all branches and departments while ensuring that HR services are responsive, consistent, and aligned with business and dealership operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 - 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements
• Must be willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek and report on-site in Las Piñas branch (270 Real Street, Talon Dos, Las Piñas, Metro Manila)
• Must be willing to provide end-to-end HR business partnership, support, and coordination across all assigned dealership locations: Metro Manila (Alabang and Las Piñas), Bicol Region (Camarines Sur and Legazpi, Albay), and Central Visayas (Tagbilaran, Bohol)
• Valid driver's license is a plus
