Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of generalist/supervisory HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and staff.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
• Handle recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, attendance, and leave monitoring.
• Address employee relations concerns and disciplinary processes.
• Assist in performance evaluations and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
