Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig is seeking an HR Officer to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department, ensuring effective compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, and performance management.

Job Qualifications / Description

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department and ensuring the effective implementation of compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance programs. The position provides leadership to the HR team, ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures, supports organizational objectives, and assists the HR Manager in developing and executing strategic human resource initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.

Experience

At least three (3) to five (5) years of progressive Human Resource experience.

At least one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience

Salary Range 25K-27K

Work Schedule 5 days: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
