Key Responsibilities

• Handle government-mandated benefits and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes), including timely remittance and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government requirements, and company policies in all HR-related activities.
