Delight’s Aesthetic & Wellness Center is expanding its professional team and is seeking highly qualified, experienced, and results-driven professionals to join our organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of solid HR experience
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
• Strong background in employee relations, attendance monitoring, HR documentation, and personnel records
• Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and government-mandated employment requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure
• Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, discretion, and excellent judgment

STRONG PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO:

• Have experience handling high-volume recruitment
• Have managed recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Have experience developing or implementing HR policies and procedures
• Have experience conducting employee evaluations and disciplinary processes
• Have excellent documentation and report-writing skillsHave demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Have experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented organizations
