We are looking for an experienced and highly capable HR professional to join our team in Dagupan.

We're looking for a confident HR professional who can build trust with employees, partner closely with leadership and operations, handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, and ensure HR practices are consistent, fair, and compliant.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage complex situations independently. Experience in a BPO, contact center, shared services, or fast-paced operational environment is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.
• Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations, performance management, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Handle sensitive employee issues professionally, objectively, and confidentially.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and appropriate workplace practices.
• Support disciplinary and corrective action processes, ensuring documentation and procedures are handled appropriately.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Identify recurring employee or operational issues and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to address people-related challenges and improve workplace effectiveness.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, policies, and process improvements.
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented HR presence within the organization.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and employee data management.
