Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, recruitment procedures, and labor law, with an ability to handle multiple HR Functions efficiently. The HR Staff will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and staffing processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
• Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR‑related programs.
• Process and submit government remittances and statutory contributions (SSS, Pag‑IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment best practices.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Job Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of recruitment procedures.
• General knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• 1 year+ of experience (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of labor law and employment best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR‑related software.
