About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedHR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits)who will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation programs, benefits, and government‑mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll concerns
• Prepare reports for management, finance, and external agencies
• Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
• Strong knowledge of government‑mandated benefits and labor regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
