Job summary

TTC GROUP OF COMPANIES in Pasig City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dedicated HR Staff for a full-time role to support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and records management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to HR policy development, and stay updated on best practices in human resources. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a generalist HR role and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Payroll processing experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
