Job summary

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. in Pasig City, Metro Manila, is seeking an HR Generalist on a full-time basis. This strategic HR role partners with management and staff to drive employee engagement, policy compliance, and organizational growth.

You will manage recruitment, benefits, onboarding, and HR data integrity while supporting training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a generalist HR function, solid knowledge of Philippine employment laws, and proficiency in SPROUT

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven generalist HR experience
• Knowledge of Philippines employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office
• Experience with onboarding and performance management processes

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, etc.)
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment laws to ensure compliance
• Conduct induction/orientation for new hires
• Maintain HR records and data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support training and development initiatives
• Assist in performance management processes and feedback
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Contribute to HR policy development and communication
• Support workforce analytics and HR reporting

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role within our Human Resources department, where you will be instrumental in supporting the overall HR operations and initiatives across the organisation. As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner to both management and employees, providing comprehensive HR support that drives organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires


• Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare initiatives


• Provide guidance and support on HR policies, employment legislation, and workplace regulations to ensure compliance across the organisation


• Conduct induction and orientation programmes for new employees to facilitate their integration into the company


• Maintain and update HR records and information systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality


• Support the development and implementation of training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance


• Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback documentation


• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution


• Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures


• Support HR planning and reporting activities, including workforce analytics and HR metrics

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field


• 2-4 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR function


• Familiar with SPROUT HRIS


• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour laws, and HR compliance requirements in the Philippines


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels


• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail


• Experience in recruitment and selection processes


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team


• Professional certification such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or equivalent would be advantageous


• Experience in employee relations, training and development, or benefits administration is preferred
