You will process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements; prepare and submit government reports; handle registrations, loans, and benefit claims. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases; respond to inquiries; ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
