Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Knowledgeable on Employee's Disciplinary Actions processes.
- Support recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Facilitate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
- Contribute to performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of compensation and benefits, and HRIS familiarity.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee relations - disciplinary actions, administer compensation and benefits, and maintain HRIS.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
