The role involves coordinating return-to-work and exit clearance, tracking headcounts, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong MS Office skills and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring they are properly introduced to company policies, safety protocols, and workplace culture.
Compile, verify, and distribute daily production reports to management, tracking key metrics and highlighting any operational variances.
Manage the return-to-work process for employees recovering from medical leave or extended absences, ensuring proper documentation and fitness clearances are met.
Track daily attendance and headcount to ensure optimal staffing levels on the production floor, flag absenteeism, and assist in addressing labor shortages.
Oversee the allocation, maintenance, and security monitoring of employee lockers, ensuring orderly and fair distribution.
Coordinate the exit clearance process for resigning employees, ensuring the retrieval of company assets, completion of paperwork, and smooth transition.
Manage and audit the stock levels of stationery, operational forms, uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and general office supplies to prevent shortages.
Maintain accurate timekeeping records, audit biometric/log data, and resolve attendance discrepancies for payroll processing.
Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to monitor raw material inventory levels, identify shortages, and initiate purchase requests for additional materials.
Execute daily administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, correspondence management, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by superiors to support evolving business and operational needs.
Qualifications:
Education: College level, Vocational Graduate, or equivalent actual work experience.
Experience: No experience required—fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome!
Skills: Proficient in MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
