Responsibilities include needs analysis, developing onboarding and product knowledge courses, delivering sessions, creating materials and assessments, and tracking training effectiveness across stores and head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Learning and Development, Training, or Retail Operations.
• Experience in retail or customer service training preferred.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Experience with instructional design and training materials.

HR Specialist - Training is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of retail store employees and corporate staff. The role ensures employees are equipped to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and comply with company policies and operational standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with Operations, HR, and department heads.

• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, including company orientation, customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and store operations.

• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for store personnel and head office employees.

• Create and update training materials, manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.

• Conduct product knowledge training to ensure employees can confidently recommend products and services to customers.

• Support the implementation of new products, promotions, systems, and operational initiatives through training.

• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, observations, employee feedback, and business performance metrics.

• Conduct store visits to observe employee performance, identify training gaps, and provide coaching to store teams and supervisors.

• Monitor compliance with mandatory training programs and maintain accurate training records and reports.

• Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics for company-wide learning initiatives.

• Assist in developing leadership and supervisory development programs for high-potential employees.

• Ensure all training programs align with company policies, operational standards, and customer service excellence.

• Stay updated on retail trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or Retail Operations.

• Preferably with experience in retail, customer service, or sales training.

• Has a strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.

• Has experience in instructional design and training material development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

• Willing to travel to stores and regional locations as needed.

• Amenable to work in Chino Roces, Makati City
